Rashel Rahman

Teacher of Science

I am a specialist science teacher at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. This extends to all three sciences at Key Stages 3 and 4 and Chemistry at Key Stage 5. In my current setting, I am an assistant head of year. 

I have also been a private tutor for over 10 years and have a proven track record in delivering results for every student who I have privately taught.


I am currently embarking upon a Masters in Education and will graduate in Winter 2020. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, football and golf.

Enam Hoque

BSc (Hons), MSc, PGCE (Physics)
Teacher of Science

I am a fully qualified teacher specialising in science and physics in particular. I am currently assistant head of science and KS4 curriculum lead at a secondary school in Birmingham. I have done private tutoring over the past 10 years and have a track record of students doing extremely well at GCSE, A-level subjects, and moving on to sought after Russell group of universities and courses such as Medicine and dentistry. 

I am passionate about science and always strive to get the very best out of my students. My master's degree in Business & Finance with my undergraduate degree in Engineering makes me very versatile as a tutor. 

Before becoming a teacher I worked in the industry for 14 years for household names such as IBM, Vodafone, and npower. I am able to bring the industrial experience into the classroom and make the subject come to life for my students. 

Bobbie Blair
BA, MA, PGCE (English)

Teacher of English

I am a Literacy and ESOL teacher with 5 years of experience and have experience of teaching students with LDD. I currently teach ESOL and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at the University of Birmingham. I hold a PGCE, an undergraduate in Philosophy and Politics and an MA in Education, Health Promotion and International Development. In my spare time, I enjoy running, Brazilian Jujitsu, reading, and cooking.


Sunia Ahmed
BSc (Hons), PGCE (Maths)

Teacher of Mathematics

Sunia is a qualified teacher specialised in Maths, she is currently working in a secondary school based in Birmingham. She has received BSc (Hons) in Business and Politics and PGCE (Newman University) in Secondary Mathematics.

Sunia is passionate about pushing her students to reach their full potential in Maths.


Samia Ahmed

BSc (Hons), PGCE (Maths)
Teacher of Mathematics

Samia is a qualified Maths Teacher who has taught Mathematics and Statistics at GCSE level. Samia is a BSc (Hons) in Sociology and PGCE (Newman University) in Secondary Mathematics.


Samia also teaches at a secondary school, supporting students with different abilities and needs to achieve their full potential. 


Nobeen Islam
BEng (Student, University of Warwick)

Assistant Teacher of Maths and Science

I am currently a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate at the university of Warwick. As far as experience with regards to academics, I have completed secondary school with 11A* at GCSE and completed my A Levels with 4A* in Maths, Physics, Biology and Chemistry with A in AS Further Maths. I am currently on track to graduate with a high 1st Class in my Engineering Degree.

I am passionate about STEM as a whole and have gone out of my way to seek teaching opportunities, volunteering to deliver engineering workshops to school students. I have many years of coaching peers within the maths and sciences and 1-year experience in tutoring GCSE mathematics to an independent student.

I hope to be able to benefit more students with the skills I have been able to gain over the years.

Zuhayr Uddin
BEng (Student, University of Warwick)

Assistant Teacher of Maths

Zuhayr is currently a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice at a well-known Aerospace Engineering firm whilst studying a BEng in Applied Engineering part-time. He has studied Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-Level and is able to teach these subjects to students. Currently he is on track to achieve a first-class undergraduate degree. 

Nasiful Nahid
BSc Mathematics (Student, University of Warwick)

Assistant Teacher of Maths

I am currently a first-class student at the University of Warwick studying mathematics as an undergraduate in my second year. I will graduate in 2021. I completed my A-levels with A*A*A in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Economics. 

I previously enjoyed taking in an after school club at Handsworth Grammar School to teach disadvantaged kids for a year. I hope to utilise this experience at New Hope Education. I have taken physics, economics, and finance modules during my course which allows me to be versatile in my teaching.

In my spare time, I play football for a team within the university weekly. I also enjoy playing badminton and cricket.
